Ports Positioning
We drill 45-degree angle port injection holes along both sides of concrete cracks right into the structure core.
Packer Assembly
High-strength heavy metal mechanical packers are securely screwed into drilled apertures to manage high-pressure injection.
High-Pressure Grout
Using specialized airless motorized hydrostatic pumps, we inject hydrophobic polyurethane chemical resin. It expands into an absolute sealant on contact with water.
Site Inspection & Restoration
Once the foaming stops water flow, mechanical packers are carefully detached, and holes are sealed shut with customized quick-setting polymer repair mortar.
